In order to help parents and guardians in raising children in moral values by safeguarding them from pornography, we have decided to develop browser extensions that will allow the parent to monitor their internet activity esp. the URLs browsed, set rules and even block sites remotely that they are currently viewing by giving a 'Not Found' page giving a perspective it is not from any blocker. It can even trigger email alerts if the webpage contains the 'bad keywords'. INSTALLATION STEPS=================Step 1 - Register with Anti-Porn at http://antiporn.felsoft.com.au (This is to make sure bad keywords and blacklisted URLs are not visible in the browser and the ability to control the current browsing remotely)Step 2 - Validate Your EmailStep 3 - Set your PreferencesStep 4 - Install the Browser ExtensionStep 5 - Provide your Login Credentials in the ExtensionStep 6 - Your Done! - Make sure to restart your kid's browser before using.Step 7 - Lastly, don't use this to embarrass but guide your child. Further more, Anti-Porn plugin can block all the domains in categories from http://www.urlblacklist.com which we have identified as not safe for kids.[abortion, adult, aggressive, alcohol, artnudes, beerliquorinfo, beerliquorsale, dating, drugs, filehosting, filesharing, malware, mixed_adult, naturism, phishing, porn, sexuality, spyware, tobacco, violence, virusinfected, warez, weapons]It can also block sites unsafe for kids from Web Of Trust and Norton's Safe Web.
