Classic Retweet

by michaeljclelland · (5 ratings)

'Old school' retweets for Twitter. Add your own comment to a retweet with the 'Classic RT' button.

Description

This extension adds a 'Classic RT' button to Tweets, so you can add comments when retweeting your friends and followers - just like you could on the 'old' Twitter site. Just hover on a Tweet, and the option buttons will appear. Clicking the 'Classic RT' button will open the Tweet in a pop-up window, prefaced with 'RT' - the old school way! You can now add any comment you like, and retweet it manually. This extension has been ported from the 'Classic Retweet' Chrome extension to work as an Opera addon.
