Fix Alt+Ctrl+Click
Prevents Alt+Ctrl+Click from sending a click event so that it saves images properly
Description
In Opera 12.00, the Alt+Ctrl+Click shortcut to save an image sends a click event to the page. That isn't supposed to happen (the page could close itself or change the image just as you are trying to save it). This extension fixes the bug.
