Google Background Image

As of November 16th, 2012, Google no longer allows users to customize the background image for the Google homepage. This little extension attempts to re-enable the feature for Opera users. Quickly install the extension and open the preferences page. Find your favorite wallpaper image or your background pattern image and paste the URL. You can preview immediately and you can configure additional preferences as well. Known issues: If you use Google with an https:// address, using an image from a non-HTTPS URL like http:// will disable the lock icon in the address bar.
