Heise tweaks

This extension adds a small widget on right side of browser where you can enable or disable the enhancements for heise.de sites. Just hover a mouse over the widget, so it opens itself and set the preferences for enancements. The enhancements are: - fetching all comments .. comments are automatically loaded from related forum and added at the bottom of the article, so you can read them on the same site as article is (similar to facebook stream - when you scroll to the bottom, new comments are loaded). .. you can enable or disable loading of the comments and when they are enabled, fetching can be paused from a widget .. all comments are displayed is such a way that it's obvious which is an answer to which one. .. comments can be "chained" (screenshot 3) (by clicking on a comment which can be chained (has small yellow boxes on right side of comment) all related comments are chained together and others are hidden) - closes / opens the right menu (screenshot 2) .. if 'right menu tweak' is enabled, the right menu with related articles etc.. is hidden and the main content is stretched. You can open/close the right menu by clicking on a vertical "button" which is added on the right side. - removes the banners .. you can specify whether to remove some of the banners on site or not
