NoAds Multilingual + German

If anyone feels like combining the benefits of these two extensions, you only have to ask for the permission of the author of NoAds Advanced - everything else runs under the "Apache license". Since the remaining bugs and problems of this extension exceed my knowledge about Javascript, I do not plan to publish another update to this extension. My aim was to make this extension more comfortable and keep it on the official Opera pages, so that you can find it easily. It is a gem which remains (slightly) unpolished from the inside. Thank you!
