Redmine enhancements

GENERAL IMPROVEMENTS * Optimize titles. Bloody pattern "Tracker #XXXXXX - AAAAAAAAA" is replaced with "XXXXXX AAAAAAAAAAAA" so these are more tabs-friendly, see 1st screenshot* Right side bar collapsed and re-styled as top bar menu, see 1st screenshot ISSUES LIST/SEARCH IMPROVEMENTS * Move pagination above list to allow to see how many issues in search results without scrolling to bottom, see 1st screenshot* Issues list styles refactored - borders, alignment, paddings, see 1st and 3rd screenshots* Issues are colored depending on their priority (red - high priority, green - low priority), see 3rd screenshot* Issues are being discussed have red '???' sign after subject and estimated hours, see 3rd screenshot ISSUE FORM IMPROVEMENTS * Attachments separated to standalone section with its own header* New milestone/version can be created directly from issue form without reload (similar to Category field). To take screenshots from redmine.org I configured "discussion=new". If your company is using "Discussion" or similar user-defined status then you have to update your company profile manually, go to widget's preferences page. 2) Status and priority dependent highlighting depends on your Redmine's configuration, i.e. your company may use "Immediate" and "Very-very low" priorities and/or "Discussion" and "Rejected" statuses in addition to default. In this case you have to update your company profile, go to widget's preferences page. 3) By default, script has two profiles - "my company" and "general based on redmine.org". It is expected that you will configure "my company" to fit your needs (if generic profile does not fit your needs). Also, you can add as many additional profiles as you need. 4) Script is tested with Redmine 0.8 and Opera 10&11. If you have problems with other Redmine or Opera versions please create issue.
