Cleans YouTube by blocking the video's end screen and hiding icons in the video suggestions sidebar until hovered over

Description

Isn't it annoying how cluttering YouTube's suggested videos can be? YouTube Cleaner removes the suggested videos in the video's end screen in both the original Flash-based platform and the experimental HTML5 platform. Additionally, it hides icons in the video suggestions sidebar unless you hover of the item. If you have a suggestion for improving this extension, please me an email at cyberstream +(at)+ myopera +(dot)+ com I'd be happy to hear your comments and/or bug reports below.
