It will take over your mind! ;)
Description
From the land of nowhere, from the universe where sky collapses and water becomes gel comes The THING! And now it is up to take over Your mind!
P.S. At the bottom of widget You can find transparency changer (:
P.P.S. Also The THING cleans Your monitor from... INSIDE!!!
P.P.S. What's new in version 1.1? I've updated image with last one from author gallery on deviantart. Also I recieved permission to use it. And now author's logo in widget is clickable! You can always go to original deviation page!

I've found that animation in LJ as uncopyrighted. I don't know its author. If You know him - let me know and I will contact him for permissions.
It is boring. Should be more actions/animations
No actions for The THING! It has only one action and will be that way forever! But I'll make another widgets (:
I know that this image is stolen from Deviantart, but anyway, can you at least remove the background? The it could be cool )
Try to contact whoever added that animation to LJ. I can't find the creator. If you ask the person who added it to LJ, that person might be able to find the creator. Good luck. And I hope the creator don't get too pissed.
Should add a lick counter >.>
inability to contact a copyright owner does not render the copyright invalid.
Hi! The Thing is SO cute! but i coudn't fint the transparency charger... or it doesn't work thanks!
fflamma, it's on the bottom. hold ur cursor on bottom and the transparency changer appears. it's that light blue bar. click on it and i'll change the transparency
yea cool but atleast oy two commands to it
oh yeah.... it´s cool... :-)
Has anyone found out who the copyright holder is?
The creator of this animation is known on DeviantArt as GlassWind. http://glasswind.deviantart.com/ Please contact this person before stealing his or her work.
awww.. its really cute licking the screen <3
GlassWind is not replying to me for a few months now. Don't know how to contact that person outside of deviantart.
what it do?
Aux: At least he has written a comment about the excessive use of that avatar. And the fact that thefts get reported to him. Originally posted by ~GlassWind: comment disabled. please I beg you. do not report me any "theft" case if you see them on DA, sheezy, gaiaonline, live journals, forums, and myspace. let them do whatever they want. I can't do anything about it anyway. just be nice to them and let them know that the avatar is made by me. or...just not bother. K? K? AAAAAIGHT?!?! And i found out that "The Thing"'s name really is Myuri. The best thing we can do is to notify people that use the avatar that it belongs to ~GlassWind. Perhaps you should change the animation to the new version which can be found here: http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/29309029/?qo=11&q=by%3Aglasswind&qh=sort%3Atime+-in%3Ascraps
Nice for covering less pretty widgets with the transparency settings.
By the way, author of this avatar responded: [omg....I am so sorry for late reply. .-->CUT<--. .] wow! that actually licks the screen? that's so COOL!! now I want one. LOL this is so cool...I don't really want you to get rid of this. It's good thing that image still have "m" sign on it. that's my signature. :b maybe you can try putting a credit in the description or something. so people can stop bothering you also, so people can stop reporting you. HAHA! the grey area is a bit....eh. haha. now I feel like making the one without the grey area. hmm...but not sure if I have time. I think someone reported you to me before XD I don't know what I said to the person...but cool stuff thanks for liking my work! I appriciate it! . .-->CUT<--. . ---------- sb16 said the following: Hello! This summer I've found nice avatar in LiveJournal - glass liking thingie and made small widget for Opera browser out of it (you can see it here - [link] ). I did not know that this image was made by You (watermark was removed by avatar owner). Someone commented my widget and gave me Your ID on deviantart, so I'm asking You if I may use Your image in my work? If not - I will remove widget from public access. Thanks for great image anyway! I will take original image and update widget. Some text is cut out, I think those lines can be treated as personal info, which sould not be known to everyone.
