Opera 1 for computers
The research browser that started it all. Opera 1.00 was written by Jon Stephenson von Tetzchner and Geir Ivarsøy at Telenor, before they founded Opera Software later in 1995. It was never sold, but it was shown publicly at the WWW '95 conference in April 1995, and it already had the idea that defined early Opera: several pages open at once, as windows inside one application.
