Last week, we crossed a major milestone on Facebook when we reached 100,000 fans on our official fan page! Compared to the growth of My Opera, this is nothing, but we're talking about a 500% growth in fans since the beginning of this year!

Month:	Total fans:	New fans:	Percentage growth (last month):
December 2009	19,864	None	0%
January 2010	22,339	2475	11.1%
February	26,699	4360	16.3%
March	32,992	6293	19.1%
April	38,671	5679	14.7%
May	46,827	8156	17.4%
June	51,977	5150	9.9%
July	58,267	6290	10.8%
August	64,961	6694	10.3%
September	81,538	16,577	20.3%
October (so far)	110,412	28,874	26.2%

Our Facebook group has dedicated fans that help answering questions from users. We also have an Addons gallery where you can find skins, widgets and extensions for Opera.

If you have ideas for improvements we would love it if you shared them with us in the comments!

hmmm I'm sorry guys but I think opera is good (even) on its own! There are more than 5m users here and a mere 100k there. I think some of those fans discovered facebook here on myopera! But anyway keep on convincing the facebook fans to come here and register! Myopera rocks!

Thank u veryyy much for a opera team that they have developed opera i mu using from last month the opera browser and i found that it is the most fastest browser in the world..ihave a dial up connection of aircel and i was annoyed of the slow connections in firefox and internet explorer but in opera with the help of turbo my dialup connection works as if it is a broadband and the upload speed is also very excellent.
