Readability is a simple online tool that makes reading on the web more enjoyable by removing clutter and focusing on pure content. You can also consider looking at cleanPages extension, which tries to be better then Readability.

It is slow and cleanPages is much better (because QuHno have the code based on the code of the "Readability™ and optimized, extended it)
+1 for cleanPages. Readability for Opera need to improve.
