A few days back Espen sent us a screenshot of his new Opera theme, and we noticed his awesome Speed Dials!

Opera 12 Custom

If you don't see what he's done; allow me to explain. Tabs have been set to the right by right-clicking the tabs and selecting tab placement. The theme was created using the Opera Theme Creator. To top it all off, he did some quick adjustments to the Speed Dial logos using the Force Speed Dial Logos addon.

Personally, I'm super impressed and as soon as I'm done writing this I'll get cracking on my own custom Opera home page. I'll even share it in the comments. Why don't you guys and girls do the same?

This is my current setup in Opera under Windows 8.

Those speed dial logos are NOT images. They were all done in HTML with the extension LinkSlide. Skin is modification of Opera Metro.

Nice, but I prefer my speed dial, desktop, and dashboards to be mostly mostly clear. I just don't like turning some things on and then seeing a bunch of big icons. All of the programs, apps and bookmarks I have are easy enough to access.

Nice ravaging of the OSX integration and distortion of the pretty UI glyphs Opera has. Speed Dials are OK though.

Sure, http://www.demuths.de/iopera/files/skins/test/radskinc.zip (one click download/install thanks to correct Mime types on server).

Disclaimer: It's a Mac Native so it will look bad on other systems and only the official parts are Retina so the tabs and some buttons will look bad on Retina Macs or might be replaced by the original Opera ones (I wouldn't know).
