Do you love your browser?

February 12, 2010 · by Aleksander Aas

This weekend, many of you will openly express your love for that special someone in your life. Of course, here at Opera, that special someone for us is a Web browser.

We think everyone on Earth should love their Web browser. Sure, it sounds a little silly; after all, a Web browser won't buy you chocolates or send you roses. Unless you order them Online that is.

Many people spend a lot of their day, every day, with a Web browser. You might not even realize just how much time you spend with your browser. That's why it's important to make a conscious choice.

When you spend that much time with something, it should be fun to use. It should make things easier for you. It shouldn't annoy you and it shouldn't put you in harm's way. Why should people torture themselves when great alternatives exist?

This Valentine's Day, we hope everyone finds a Web browser they love. Feel free to share these banners or just have fun with them. Help your friends find true browser love!

Opera  is the first program after the installation
of Windows (if I haven't Opera on a stick, I use the
the M$IE [ :yuck: ] to Download Opera, that's the only sense
of it's existence  ) followed by the Anti-virus and
followed by OpenOffice -> PC operational.

I have tried many browsers, but every time, I came back again to Opera.

I do use and love Opera Browser. I use 10.10 and not yet decided to upgrade to 10.50. Probably do it sooner or later. Why later, because some people say it is slower than the previous one.

  • Martin KadlecSaturday, February 13, 2010 10:58:13 AM

valentin savin: whaat? Opera 10.5 is much faster than 10.2, but it's just more buggy too :p:

At the moment, after losing all my very needed bookmarks when I downgraded back to v10.10 from the piece of junk they call v10.50, I am viciously despising Opera. It's off to Firefox when I can find what I need.
