Featured Speed Dial sites

日本語? That's right; we're dropping Japanese with a little help from the guys over at NihongoUp who have put together a Speed Dial view for their website where you'll see a new Japanese "kanji" every hour along with your learning stats (sign-in required).

And the folks over at Dublin Bikes 2 Go have made a Speed Dial view for tracking real time availability of bikes at your local bicycle stand in Dublin!

Learn how to make your website shine in Speed Dial.

Thanks everyone for posting sites that are compatible with the new Opera Speed Dial. Below is a list of your sites mentioned so far. It's a nice mix of everything from personal blogs to global news websites.

Opera can't guarantee the quality or content of any of these sites.

Well, sinse the capture is Opera for Mac, and there're a number of Chinese websites that support the new Opera speeddial feature, I just want to say the Simlified Chinese font in Opera for Mac is still very buggy…

Another great idea  form Opera, I think this concept will be copied like the Speed Dial or tabs by other browsers as always they've :pirate: done over the years. Opera is innovation!!!

This dutch (Belgian) website has put up a logo for speed dial. Not quite 'minimized content', or however you want to call it, but it's good that they support it nevertheless.

I've noticed Windows Live has a nice logo, and so does mail.com

  • Cutting SpoonFriday, April 15, 2011 12:09:55 AM

With the new optimization, I think fewer users will want to set a custom view/icon. But it would still be nice to have the option in edit dialog.
