Duncan Malloy: What's with dictionary-boy over here?
Vince Larkin: I believe thesaurus-boy would be more appropriate.

Otherwise you'll get a marketer who composes documents like a technical writer. Be more specific about relevant skills. Please. For example, writing clear english that non-english speakers may understand? Or perhaps Opera needs a writer with the ability to compose in a consistent format?
Is the offering primarily for a dedicated blogger, site maintainer, general helpmeet? Is there any indication for these things? "Expert knowledge of social media" sounds good, but doesn't specify anything constructive. Video advertisements on the internet are "stupid", and one of the primary motivations for installing an ad-blocker. Advertisements on the television require expert placement, and a product like Opera should be marketed strongly to young people with voracious browsing habits and cheap phones.
If this writer is primarily targeting businesses, then it becomes very important to play up the productivity angle. Put up some concise videos for "Easy GMail", etc. Demonstrate the unity between PC, Mac, Android, iPhone in a full-page magazine ad. Does the writer need to compose charts?
