Mobile Internet lifestyle survey

October 12, 2010 · by Espen André Øverdahl

A couple of months ago, we ran a survey of Opera Mini users to learn about their internet/mobile lifestyle choices. Now that the survey is done, we're looking for more in-depth responses to a few of the questions we asked, such as found in the comments here: Ever met any of your online friends in real life?

Specifically, we are looking for a handful of volunteers to answer 20 short-answer questions on a private My Opera forum. If you're chosen to participate, we'll send you a snazzy Opera t-shirt as a token of appreciation.

If this is something you are interested in, please fill out the application that is linked below (if you meet the basic requirements). If you are selected, we will contact you private message. Thank you!

Basic requirements:

  • You can speak, read, and write in English.
  • You use Opera Mini.
  • You are at least 18 years old.

Application:

My town is beginning to discover Opera through their phones. When I started using it my sisters and friends wanted to get it, too. Mobiles' built-in browsers are usually for WAP pages only. Opera Mini is for everything!

  • Mağruf ÇolakoğluThursday, November 18, 2010 11:13:40 PM

I think this project cancelled. I filled that form but no any feedback till now? Pls gave some explanation to us

  • H82typSaturday, November 20, 2010 5:36:15 PM

They were busy fouling up the site. You will be contacted. Or assimilated. The choice is theirs.
For people who were not chosen, you will be sent a signed picture of Mik Furie. It's a tastefully done nude, reminicent of the Cosmo' center folds. He will have no staple in his navel.
