Ahhhhh! So THAT's what was going on. I first saw this Opera 10.54 on Filehippo's Home Page. I was perplexed. I didn't know what to make of it.

Congratulations, Opera Software, for fixing Opera browser 10.53 for Mac problems! I opted to run Opera 10.54 on my computer-iMac-without any problems. It was in regular mode, but I had to use it anyway. I removed Opera 10.60 Beta 1 from my computer until there is regular mode in next browser.

what kind of opera suit to mobile?
  • Gary BealSunday, June 27, 2010 8:29:22 AM

Any reason Opera Mini hasn't followed others by making a "larger" version for the iPad? It would replace Safari for me if it was available, but using the iPhone version seems to defeat the purpose.

Nintendo decides when it wants a update or not and what features must be implemented or not.

I know, I was at some point reminding people that opera phones and computers is not the only that needs updates.......Also seeing if Nintendo finally contacted them for a update.

Jon von Tetzchner said it's being worked on.

Oh boy, thank you, that is great news. I guess it will be an "update" for the iPad?

    Exactly.

I'm sorry I can't cite a source on "Jon von Tetzchner said it's being worked on.", I just couldn't find it anymore. Specifically he said something like this on a interview for one or more famous technology website(s): "adapting Opera for the iPad is a natural step", translating: "we'll do this of course, common, do you think we're going to leave iPad users without a proper version of Opera??".

It might be a universal app that works on iPhone/iPod touch and iPad

I have a problem with Macromedia (plug ins). And I can't download programs. Instead of download page (for example in Adobe Flash Player) opens something unreadable (a large text with unreadable simbols).
