Some of my advices made now:
    • Mouse gestures support keyboard modifiers - use e.g. "GestureUp Ctrl" to "View address bar,6 | View address bar,0" - make gesture up while holding Ctrl (side note: doesn't work in Opera 11.00; works in Opera 11.01). Oh, I forgot: Use mouse gestures.
    • Search directly from the Address bar, use search engine keywords, to search using that s.e. e.g. type "w cheese" to search for cheese in Wikipedia.
    • You can use Shift+Click or Crtl+Shift+Click on context menu entries to open result in new page/new background page - you can do it even in Address field (whith Enter, of course)!
    • Set a default zoom for all pages in Preferences > Webpages - default 100% is so small!
    • Use Content blocking.
    • Edit the menus, to suit your needs. Duplicate the menu setup, then edit that file. You can use same actions in menus, custom buttons, keyboard shortcuts and mouse gestures.
    • Use Feeds instead of checking manually your favourite blog if there are new entries. Not only you doesn't have to do "empty checks", but opera will inform you about any news. Subscribe to RSS at http://my.opera.com/desktopteam/blog/ to know about any new Opera snapshots.
    • Found useful information, but don't want to dig in the page after coming back? Check the text > Save to note.
    • You can browse with no Address bar - use F2 to open Go to Page dialogue.
    • Remap F1 to "Go to nickname" use bookmarks' nicknames to go to page (Example: two bookmarks - abcde, bcd - type "a" to go to abcde)
    • Use keyboard shortcuts. Use single-key shortcuts. You're afraid you'll close the page by accident after setting "x" as Close page? Use sequence shortcuts "x, x" - type x, then type x (side note: doesn't work in Opera 11.00; works in Opera 11.01).
    • Enable "Windows" panel to easily manage many tabs (and windows).
    • You can move toolbars to a different position by going to O Menu > Appearance > Toolbars, checking the toolbar and setting it's Placement. Find inline looks so much better at the bottom of a page!
    • Turn off close buttons on tabs to save space (shortest way: opera:config#UserPrefs|ShowCloseButtons). Close tabs by middle-clicking them.
    • Fill Personal information in Preferences > Forms. You don't have to read fields descriptions - just enter things you need to input in forms very often.
    • Edit file types in Preferences > Advanced > Downloads and set Opera to save videos to videos folder, images to images folder, etc. without asking the user. BTW: Use right click > Save to download folder on a link - it's useful!
    • Pages are opening new tabs even if you don't want them to do it? Ignore them!: opera:config#UserPrefs|IgnoreTarget
    • Yet another icon in the tray makes you mad? Turn it off: opera:config#UserPrefs|ShowTrayIcon

Edit: OMG! It was supposed to be a short list , and I didn't even included all of the advices :/.

    Here's one I stumbled across.

If you copy something from a web page to a note, double clicking on the note in the note panel will open the web page in the current tab.

    i love to have discovered '/', '.' and F3 instead of CTRL+F

    thanks Saskatchewan

i also like CTRL+ALT+drag in a focused page, CTRL+main click over an image to save it and '*' to have a 100% zoom

I realized I use some "Not that obvious Opera tricks" that nobody mentioned before:
    - Go Back in a new tab - duplicate page, then go back. The fastest way is to do this using mouse gestures: down-up, then left.
    - Jump to "n-th tab" - create a keyboard shortcut Show popup menu, "Internal Window List". Hit the shortcut key, then hit the number key 1-0 to jump to tab number 1-10.
    - You can log-in in a background tab (if you've got your password remembered on that site ) by performing a Fast Forward gesture (gestureRight, or Shift+gestureRight) over a tab.
