A blogger, Charbax, recently posted a video of Håkon Wium Lie's complete keynote address at the event: http://charbax.com/2007/06/19/hakonwiumlie-keynote-at-reboot/
At 40 minutes long, it's well worth watching, as he discusses a wide range of subjects, including the future of HTML, CSS, Ogg Theora in Opera, and Opera on various devices.
