    Great video.
I wanted to ask if you could spill some beans on the Nintendo 3DS browser, I know Nintendo is over protective in such matters, but I hope there's a couple of things to be announced by you guys
Will it support 3D jpegs, and if so, is it some format already in public?
Are there any special Javascript methods related to 3DS's unique function? How about canvas?
Last but not least, will it support HTML5 video or flash?

Nice idea, but why let you start Opera Tech(!) break series with the speech of a marketing manager (you know, in IT marketing ususally is the opposite of tech... )?
  • bmhvMonday, January 31, 2011 1:58:34 PM

Microsoft (IE) has Windows OS, Bing, Xbox, Silverlight,...
Mozilla (Mozilla Firefox) has Thunderbird, Seamonkey, Camino,...
Google (Google Chrome) has Chrome OS, Google, Gmail,...
Apple (Safari) has Mac OS, iPhone, iPod...

So my question is, does Opera has any intention in expanding its territory ?

I think I'll like this series, and I think there should be a "question of the week" prize.

When talking about the future of apps I think Sagar might be one of the most knowledgeable people in the world. In Opera marketing means tech

Wow, this is a really good idea!

My question: Which area of the browsing experience is Opera going to develop most in this year?

Oh, and I am totally with you on the whole open apps thing. Chrome web store and iPhone app store feel just too rigid.

The nutcracker music at the end there was kinda odd but ... hey, why not?

Will the Developer ever add the Quick Tab feature or does those other guys owen that idea. Cause I've been posting for this feature ever since the tab browsing ever came out. The tab stacking is a pretty good idea but it doesn't alow you to look at all your tabs at once. And when I surf my tab collection grows pretty quickly. Some times it can go up to 15-20 tabs all at once.

This user has a page deticated to this feature.

Really want to see some interesting and easy video about Opera in Tech Break, like how you test opera on several mobile device (must be a team playing cellphone whole day?), or what does it look like in Opera office. First episode about App is too hard for me.

still good video though, models are good looking and nice video editing.

Widgets, Unite, WAC, etc. Opera has been constantly expanding for years.

Isn't that up to Sony? Opera can't do anything unless Sony decides to ask Opera to make a browser.

Yes I know that, but they're still in the browsers territory. What I wanna ask is does Opera intend to make something not-so-related to browsers ?
  • ChirpieWednesday, February 23, 2011 1:38:39 PM

Why would Opera do that? They are all about web stuff.
