Opera Android

Opera Mobile on Android has been updated today which brings new features and improvements to your smartphone. Some of the new changes include:

  • CSS features, CSS Animation and Flexbox Support
  • WebSockets, improves two-way communication between your mobile and other web server applications
  • Fraud Protection, you will get a warning if a webpage has been marked as suspicious or used for illicit activity
  • SPDY protocol, makes fetching webpages more efficient
  • Added HTML5 features, Drag & Drop and Clipboard API

    That's strange that some features are on the mobile version but not on the desktop one. (like device orientation for example, which will possibly be needed for Windows 8 devices)

    :worried: :left: :right: I don't understand a thing!! From the start itself I was using Opera mini. & after started using the laptop I had downloaded Opera Next cause due to the speed issue plus I realized that Opera Next was a safest web browser. Now it's been a bizarre!!! there's so... so..... many opera's to choose.What's the big difference between Opera mini & Opera mobile??????Now I have both ,but my authenticate preference goes to Opera mini plus Opera Next. In fact I have to uninstall Opera mobile. This is for your attention Opera!!! my google mobile mail account is [email protected] ""Long live Opera Mini & Opera Next"" :wine: :queen: :queen:

    Thanks for the upgrade Opera! In a sort of related note however... Android and Verizon had better bring us HTC Droid Incredible 2 users our long ago promised Ice Cream Sandwich updates now! Or else they will be sorry they lost good customers.
