  Excellent!
I use Opera Mini, Opera Mobile 9.7 Beta and Opera 10 Beta 3 and they're all great and light-years ahead of anyone else!!!

I like the new beta. but there are a couple things that are making it difficult to keep this one over 4.2. First thing is it doesn't allow you to select another link on many pages particularly forum sites, I tried to get into the HTC diamond page on ppcgeeks and it kept bringing me back to the page I was already on. I know this would occur on 4.2 but atleast on the 2nd attempt, it would work. this one sometimes works after several attempts but defeats the purpose of using mini (speed) over opera mobile. the other thing is if you go to a site with multitude of pics on a page, it will get 3/4 of the pics downloaded and the rest are blank. one the other thing is opera bookmark sync is gone as far as I can see. I can live with that though. the new layout is great and everything else seems solid. I love mini and look forward to seeing this great browser go forward.

File a bug report and they'll work on it for the release version.

Thanks Furie, will do. Also someone mentioned to me that if you open a another tab, it will take you to the next page so its a workaround for now. So if you are in this loop not able to forward to another page, just tap and hold the link and bring it up on another tab. sticking with 5.0!

Yeah, I've discovered that sometimes you need to open a new tab to proceed. .
But I find it's amazingly stable for a beta release! .

Yes, i find Opera's beta releases at least as stable as some companies' final products
