THANKS! Since I am using the new opera 10 alpha, is there a way that i can take stuff from previous opera browser versions, like bookmarks? I ask because that import from opera does not work too well! I do want to waste time making new bookmarks over again for every new version of opera! I want to be able to, have stuff from previous browsers onto the newest of opera browsers!
  • Chas45. December 2008, 19:46:36

JJJRED1987 you can use Opera Link: http://www.opera.com/link/faq/index.dml
  • JJJRED19875. December 2008, 22:07:46

    Thanks!
  • JJJRED19875. December 2008, 22:15:48

To be thorough, I mean copying one bookmark from Opera 9.0 to Opera 10?
  • Chas45. December 2008, 23:02:12

JJJRED1987 You can copy the bookmarks url from Opera 9 and past it into Opera 10 and then add to bookmarks

Opera 10 is in the test stages right now not the full release
  • JJJRED19876. December 2008, 04:40:03

COULD YOU EXPLAIN THAT TO ME FURTHER?
  • Chas46. December 2008, 04:53:07

the url is the web adress of the page so if you copy the address from opera 9 into Opera 10 you can add it as a bookmark.
  • JJJRED19876. December 2008, 05:02:30

So, I have to open the Opera 9.6 browser, copy the bookmark from there, and paste it here?
  • Chas46. December 2008, 05:18:14

Not copy the browser but the web address, the address of this page is at the top (http://my.opera.com/chooseopera/blog/2008/12/05/weekly-media-coverage?) it is where you type things in like google.com
  • JJJRED19876. December 2008, 23:27:58

OKAY! CAN YOU GIVE THE STEPS ON HOW TO DO THIS SO, I WILL NOT MESS IT UP, PLEASE?
  • Chas46. December 2008, 23:45:42

In Opera 9 open the page you want to copy into Opera 10. Copy the web address into the address bar of Opera 10 and press enter. After the page has opened you can add it to your bookmarks.
  • JJJRED19876. December 2008, 23:47:37
