  The installer was borked when I ran it the first time. Only did "accept and install" (no options), got the UAC dialog, then the installer freezed (progress bar still empty), a second icon popped up in the taskbar, then the "installation is busy" window went away and the "new one" popped up (so there was only one item again in the taskbar) which told me some applications had to be closed, but the list of applications was empty, I clicked "Close all applications" (or something) but that did nothing, so I had to cancel the installation and had to run it a second time (in which I selected "options" which I already forgot the first time, and the installation went smooth as always)
  
  Running Windows 7, and when I started the installation the beta was still running, closed it during the installation but don't remember exactly when (if it was during the "introduction" screen where I still had to select "accept in install" or if it was already when the installation was started)

  (I think that there are different teams/groups working on Opera beta, so sometimes we see an UI update, sometimes installer etc.; I suppose that's why there's another build so soon.)

  I don't know if it's a common problem, but I can't update Unite anymore (since a few beta builds) - the login window pops up, I enter my login data, and it just keeps popping up again.

  The focus is still not on the address bar, after launching Opera. Please tell me if this is a known issue or if I should file out a bug report? It's a little bit annoying, to be honest

  There are a lot of issues with tab stacking: sometimes they just close on it's own, tabs added to stack sometimes are added to left or right, tabs are jumping when only one tab remains in stack...

  I still have problem with https. Opera does not mark its as secure pages. Firefox does.
  I love Opera but I am compelled to use Firefox for banking, payments etc. and Opera for games and funs. Sadly.

  there's still somthing that bothers me a little: when in a stack, I open a link on a new tab and it stays inside the stack right, that's great, but when a close that newly opened tab it puts me back to the first tab on the stack not on the tab I was before.
  I just happened to notice a tiny animation gui problem:

  it happens when opening and closing a stack from outside that stack, it doesnt happen when the top of the stack is the first tab in it.
  another thing maybe not that worth mentioning is that when you close a tab in a stack and repoen it it returns outside the stack, maybe it is on purpose, i dunno.

  No problem here with heise.de (Windows 7 x64), the site loads just fine. What ist your exact problem?

  I'm seeing a lot of unnecessary scroll bars on various text labels.
  For example in the mouse gesture UI (every text label has scroll bars), or in the info box which is displayed when the security badge is clicked.

  True, also have this problem. This annoys me a lot! And I have the "Activate the next tab" enabled but it jumps to the first tab.

  long freeze at startup (about 20-30 sec) up to 101% of CPU and opera link uses 10-15% cpu when sync.
  
  Autostacks in same domain must be optional.

  That's the idea behind pinned tabs A pinned tab is supposed to stay always open, so yes, you have to unpin it to be able to close it.

  Not sure if it's considered a bug but imo the color of the "Web" Button in the Address Bar should change accordingly when using another Color scheme than "None".
  
  Oh and while typing this for a few seconds I couldn't mark any text. Now it's fine but it's not the first time I noticed this problem, sometimes happens randomly on normal webpages.

  Yes! Start bar works now. Speed Dial looks better, too.
  
  Still waiting for automatic focus on adress bar when starting Opera, please! (just like when creating new tab and just like it worked in versions before 11).

  Since the last build (including this one) the option
  opera:config#UserPrefs|ShowedGestureInfo
  is ignored, the overlay is always displayed.
  
  On that note: the texts displayed in the gesture overlay seem to overflow their areas. I get scrollbars with them.

  I decided to test more this snapshot but I hate the behavior of autostacking in same domain, return to beta 1 untill this is a optional feature, please add this at least in opera:config.
  
  Also some other crashes and crash on exit still here.
