Happy Eyeballs
As the title says, this build brings support of RFC 6555 - Happy Eyeballs to Opera!
Now Opera tries to connect to IPv4 and IPv6 hosts simultaneously and chooses whichever responds the faster. This will eliminate connection delays for in cases when IPv4 or IPv6 is slow or unavailable. Also this build fixes another NSL bug. Look after any regressions, though!
Following numerous requests at forums here and there, we fixed a few long-standing issues with navigating back and fast-forward, restoring session after powerloss situations and handling keys on some platforms.
Known issues
Regressed in previous snapshot, we know about them, no need to tell us again:
WARNING: This is a development snapshot: It contains the latest changes, but may also have severe known issues, including crashes and data loss situations. In fact, it may not work at all.

Remove "User JavaScript on HTTPS" activation dialog, so User JavaScript 'll work on Https ? (for some body don't want it, just use exclude https://*); Opera XSS hasn't fixed yet (this time, I don't post link

I don't get it -- when I use 'back' I DO WANT to get to the exact same page as I was before, with all the forms and place of the viewpoint...
Why on earth this would be considered a BUG?!

do not accept keyboard input to Click Button.
i.e.,

Enter does not press default button (OK, Delete).
Tab does not navigate.

went down from 412 to 404 points with this build (no hwa, 32bit).
Don't know which tests are responsible.
But they state they updated the page on October 15th - could also be due to that.

You read that and move to the next page. Now you realize you want to re-read something on the previous page, so you press Back. Go ahead and try doing this right now. If you’re using a current release of Opera, Back will show you the previous page scrolled all the way back to the beginning of the comment section. This gets more annoying if you move back and forward several times, as it keeps scrolling back every single time. I imagine the new Opera build instead preserves your last scrolling position.

I've been waiting for this one for a long time. Nice work, browsing is a much better experience now.
I have noticed a few random repaint issues with the progress bar at the bottom still. But very rarely, and nothing I could reproduce and, fortunately, it didn't stay on the screen for very long.
