in html5test.com
it scored a whooping 351+9 bonus points in my system(websockets enabled)
webgl+HWA disabled for that build
even beats the score of the current chrome build there
will opera 12 score a perfect 450 points?

Opera 12 Alpha (current build) - Opera 12.00 Build 1105
This Labs build - Opera 12.00 Build 1113.
Waiting for next snapshot with HWA fixes.

Opera 12 Alpha without HWA and WebGL - 321 points
This Labs build -
321 points + 20 points on Local Multimedia category test + Enabling WebSockets
321 points + 20 points + 10 points = 351 points.

Thanks for looking into it anyway!
Off to testing ...

But how about reverse direction of pagination? This would be needed for certain Asian documents and publications such as manga that is usually read from "the back" compared to most western books. Having right/down as the forward direction is not general enough.

For the reader stuff, I noticed that some of the examples work with gestures while the others require the arrow keys.

Camera works well here under w7 x86 with my t410 thinkpad. I would appreciate it if Opera would ask for permission to use my camera (as geolocation does for example). It's scary a little bit.

Build: 1113
Platform: Mac OS X
System: 10.7.2
Works perfectly, except I'm unable to select text as it scrolls the page instead of selecting it.

Webcam access works... Windows7 x64 + Logitech C510 HD Webcam...
Paginated media works almost fine... Dragging a page is weird if you drag an image... It drags an image first, but after you release mouse button it is dragging the page until you press and release button again...
And there are no indicators on the sides of the screen pointing the directions where you can drag (flip) the page...

Unfortunately can't say the same for webcam though. Windows freezes everytime I try to load either the demo page or the Trolls page on the reader. The only way then is to force reboot. Please take a look into it.
I am using a HP pavilion laptop with HP TrueVision HD integrated webcam, running windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit OS with intel core i3 2310M processor.
Device manager shows webcam drivers are up to date (Driver version: 6.1.7601.17514, Date: 21-6-2006, Provider: Microsoft). In case you require model no. HP Pavilion DV4-3015TX.
Hope the info is sufficient.
Looking forward to be able to test the webcam support soon.
Thanks.!

I really really wish that the 'swipe between pages' gestures in OSX Lion worked for paged navigation. I'm really surprised that they don't, actually.
Almost as impressive as the paged navigation, though, is seeing how well it handles columns! "Responsive" design consists of:
@media -o-paged { html { columns: 20em; } }No matter the zoom level or window size, the layout adapts really really well. It's really beautiful, actually.

1) Some "page flip" animation would be nice.
2) If your mouse has some horizontal scroll mechanism (tilt wheel or similar), scrolling right defaults to scrolling all the way to the end, while left always goes to the start.

windows 7 x64.
I found out "working of my cam" on the troll example....its funny....
it didn't ask my permission to take start the video
Cutting SpoonhellsporkWednesday, October 19, 2011 7:00:14 PM
It will eventually have special permission dialogs just like Geolocation.
