One step closer to beta
The Polish desktop team greets all Opera users. We are very happy to give you yet another snapshot of Opera 11, bringing us closer to a beta release. We are working hard to make it truly the best Internet experience. We fixed some issues with privacy settings for extensions, and added a new shortcut, Ctrl+Shift+O, to open the Error Console. Feel free to test it, and give us your feedback.
In previous snapshots, we mentioned support for auto updating extensions. If you would like to try it, you can download these versions of To-Read sites (v. 2.1) and Fast search (v. 1.1-2) that we prepared for you. You may want to disable one of them to have full overview of how it works. Once the update is available, the disabled extension should be updated on the fly and you should be informed with a notification. Running extensions are updated after browser restart or you can force an update of running extension by opening the extension manager and clicking the Update button.
Update query interval may be set via opera:config#AutoUpdate|Add-onsCheckIntervalGadgets. The minimal value is one day (86400). You can also trigger the update query manually, just go to OMenu -> Help -> Check for updates (if you don't have OMenu enabled simply go to Help -> Check for updates).
If the extensions are successfully updated:
1. You get a notification once the process has completed.
2. "To-Read sites" has a slightly changed icon (reflex effect).
3. "Fast search" has a new icon and description.
4. Both extensions have a higher version number in the extension manager.
WARNING: This is a development snapshot: It contains the latest changes, but may also have severe known issues, including crashes and data loss situations. In fact, it may not work at all.

But users gestures doesn't work. For example, my personal gesture "GestureDown ctrl" to which I set to open "new private tab" doesn't work in this build too. But it works fine 2 build ago.

Also, I think I might have fixed the extension updates being untrusted by adding extension-updates.opera.com to the trusted repositories in my profile.

save it and start Opera. More than 200 is OK, too
I forgot the warning about the restart problem. Sorry!

But this only works if I can see this number with a glimpse. Besides I don't know of another way to count the number of messages in a folder or filter. Did I miss out on this functionality somewhere? Thanks for the build, btw.

I'm surprised this bug is still there for so long considering the promotion Opera has been doing on Reddit for Opera 11.

Also, please fix this visual bug (strip at bottom - from Opera 10.5!), if not that hard -
http://files.myopera.com/Asires/screenshots/strip.jpg
(when taskbar at top and Opera starts maximised).
Everytime I see this annoying luminous white strip.

EDIT: I worked out what is causing it. When "display links with the reddit toolbar" option is used (in preferences) the divs resize on link click.

I had to reselect my custom toolbars, menu, keyboard, mouse, and fonts, etc., as well as resetting Opera 10.63 as my default browser (that always happens when installing the beta).
O:\Opera\ (for 10.63, multiuser=0)
O:\Opera Beta\ (for 11.00, multiuser=0)
I am using Windows XP Home SP3
I tried running the installer again, but could not repeat the problem.
