Opera 10.51 RC2 for Windows
Here is a second 10.51 Release Candidate for Windows. A few small stability fixes have been added, and we fixed a problem with Chinese text being rotated for some users.
As always, let us know if you discover any regressions or other major issues. We'll resume with Mac and UNIX snapshots after the Windows 10.51 release.

BTW: When using AutoScroll on Pages with Elements with "position:fixed" (like here) that sticky DIV is "jumping" and I get extraordinary CPU Load.
And as before: Scrolling in Frames with opera:config#Extensions|FramesShowActive enabled give very high CPU-Load too.

I'm actually a bit dissapointed in 10.50. Sure you made huge improvement on JavaScript and DOM rendering, but it doesn't feel as fast as before. Or maybe the right word is "smooth" as before. And I feel that a lot of small bugs are left making this release not so fun to use.
I'm guessing it's because the new engines that things are a bit qwerky.

Disappearing mouse cursor on some pages with flash (affects ALL open tabs) DSK-288041
Visit this page: http://revision3.com/tekzilla/arcade/opera-unite-the-diy-pogoplug-
Let it load, and then go back to another tab. The mouse cursor will disappear.

We don't have a final 10.5 version and you will make a 10.51 version only for the windows users.
In the past, opera was "multiplatform" !!

Voice feature is not working since 10.50. Can anybody confirm, please?
I even reported it using bug wizard but it is still same.
I know it is not an essential feature; I myself seldom use it but still it is a cool feature. And, it would be other thing if it would have been removed officially. But having to have to deal with unresponsive dialog box after clicking on "speak" is very annoying. It does not look professional and puts negative impression on new users. Being a loyal opera fan for more than four years, I don't want this to be the case. So, Please fix it or atleast associate some error message with it until it can be fixed.

It's so unbelievably confusing and many "less tech-savvy" users simply can't reach their Win7 Libraries, "Favorite links", Dropbox folders etc when using Opera.

"Enable HTTP 1.1" doesn't help much. And why now it would be necessary to use it to fix problems? Old versions (even very first alpha of 10.50) is working much better with proxy.

I hope this is a change in functionality, and not a bug. If I want to go to something.com, I either type "something.com" + enter or "something" and then ctrl+enter. Simply typing "something" and pressing enter should trigger a search, IMHO.

One other thing I thought I'd mention: where is the option to enable/disable multi-threading with 10.5x? If there is no way to disable it, there should be.

This has to do with the adverts. With fanboy's urlfilter, site doesn't crash. As soon as I disable content blocking, refresh page, then scroll...Opera crashes. So something with blogspot's ads is causing Opera to crash.

Page cycling is still broken:
I've been using this behaviour (no list + hierarchical cycling) since atleast Opera 7.23 - back then this was the default cycling behaviour for "Cycle without showing list".
Without this, Opera is pretty much unusable for me, I cannot reproduce the parent - child tab cycling any other way.
