Another round of UNIX fixes have been integrated in 10.70. Lots of love here, especially for those who select text to paste it with middle click.

But when I paste text into edit box on page, Opera try to find inserted text on Google.

@Penge: No, but some of the UNIX fixes touch on cross platform code, so we'd appreciate it if you use this build anyway.

Still leaking memory and getting stuck into using X% (say 25%) CPU far too often. I find when using the Joomla administrator back-end (which uses a fair amount of JS) just working with it for 30 minutes Opera is using over 1G of memory (on my 1.5G laptop).
Good to see these improvements, but it would be great to see the core problems fixed.

Dragging tabs around has an annoying delay while Opera is activating the tab first. Any way to change that?

Most of what you want can be done using UserJS plugins. Search for them. For Opera suggestions there is a link to the forum on the right.

Preferences - Webpages - Page zoom - is set to 150%.
Fit to width - is not checked.
Win7 64bit
Is that a bug or my fault? Any help?
Thanx!

I just noticed this: when you only subscribe to a news feed and do not have any mail accounts, the Mail panel has two buttons: "Update All" and "Manage Feeds...".
However, once a mail account is added, the buttons change to be "Check/Send", "Compose", "Search" and "View" regardless on if you are reading mail or feeds. I just noticed it with this latest build, although it seems to apply to previous builds with the new Mail panel as well.
Manage Feeds is still accessible from the context menu of Feeds category, but Update All is not, and it is not even listed in the Buttons tab of Appearance dialog either.
Also, when I closed Opera, it asked me to do mail database maintenance even though it only had the one news feed added for testing. The dialog box, however, asking whether to do the maintenance or not had choices "OK" and "Cancel". IMO the choices should be "Yes" and "No", since "Cancel" would imply not performing the user-initiated operation which in this case is closing Opera.

It seems, any page.
My default search engine is Goggle. I go to yahoo.com and middle click into Yahoo search edit box -> Opera goes to Goggle.

I don't see much progress with this snapshot, when trying file/open or manage bookmarks/import from $foo, Opera locks the whole desktop for ~40-50 seconds before showing the file dialog.
or maybe DSK313725 is unrelated to this fix ?

Open this utube
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GPNCXmAb0QM
Then clone it
Played another video while the above video was paused in the background
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BVLLW68jWJ0
I did this twice with different songs and boom.
Not trying this again.
Tried again 8 hrs later, no problems, I did remember google ads trying to come up in
video window, Now there are no ads? Must of been the ad pop-up doing it.

When I right-click at the very bottom (on my tab bar), the popup menu appear outside my screen 1. This worked in the past (I think it before the last big UNIX menu refactoring of 10.5).

Opera is currently the only program I use that doesn't honor my fontconfig (~/.fonts.conf) settings.

Though it has a other quirk.
If you past on textfield in the browser, it interprets it as a link and tries to got to it. (as when you paste on any other part).
The expected behavior is that the text appears in the textfield
