edit:
Why 11.10 is slower than 11.01 ? (not rendering, but program performance) It's noticible on slower pc's (i'm on 1.6 atom) Did anyone else noticed that ?

I can't see what's wrong with it. Can I repost it?

No, repeating yourself is not a good idea. Very long posts are not likely to be read by other people, and when they see the same thing over and over again, they will start ignoring it.Give other people a chance to be heard when reporting any new issues they may be seeing.
Note: This is off-topic, so the discussion ends here.

Old issues are, that using WinXP localized DE, the installer always suggests updating an Opera localized EN_us with a DE_de variant, and that ”Use Opera as default browser“ is unticked, although it actually already /is/ the default application for browsing (it happens to be that since numerous updated major versions – maybe that's a cause for the problem).
An issue (new for me – but I probably missed it earlier) is partial translation of the ”ToS agreement line“: The installer starts up as DE_de showing the language mixup ”By clicking on "Annehmen und aktualisieren" you are …“. Changing languages in the options does not change the English part of the cited line, and the "accept and update" part does not adapt immediately to chosen language.

First 11.10 snapshot, where launching Dragonfly does not crash Opera. So may be CORE-32199 (Occasional crash when launching Dragonfly) reduced the 100% chance of "occasional crash" down to 0%.

I'm not sure to already see a report (happens in some previous snapshot).
When I open panel or reduce windows width, a large space appears above the thumbnails. If I reduce more the width of the speed dial the space become taller.
happens both with automatic and manual zoom.
here the snapshot :
if somebody could confirm

and start Opera.exe (Opera.exe "eats" CPU).
This "feature" appeared in build 2076,
so I'm still "sitting" on build 2067...
Maybe the source of the "feature"
is one of "installer" changes here:

Also, I am now crashing whenever I save a file from mediafire.com I may submit another ticket and more bug reports later. This problem spans two windows 7 x64 pcs with different hardware and occurs on fresh installs.
Igor Machulsky5. April 2011, 13:19
Anyone confirm?

Yes, yes, yes...
For the comment to be useful, I'd like to report that Opera duplicate your extra additions to our bookmarks.
I think we don't need two links to Amazon and so on.

Or maybe I haven't looked at it for quite some time and that was done by some previous version...
EDIT: As someone before noticed - it is in USB type installation.

Do you unpack the installer manually, and then try to run opera.exe?
If you do that, then I doubt it has anything to do with the installer.
Does Opera work if you install via the installer?
Can you give me the exact steps you are doing in order to get this freeze?

For me this hasn't been working since a few builds already. Anyone else having the same experience? This happens only if no other active tabs are loaded and just the speeddial is shown.
I think it is a bit cumbersome to click with the mouse each time after start-up to type a first URL...
