try to be more "pacific" (specific) and tell us (not me but to devs) what is going on.. some info.. do some bug report and help to do for your satisfaction and Opera the best.

PS: if you are looking for STABLE version.. try to opera.com (here are stable versions.. On this blog are development versions)
I think my post was quite specific. Where can I find Opera 12.50 build 1546?

Either because this snapshot or because the recent beta Nvidia driver 310.33, Gamespot videos became really jerky.

    Opera x64, Windows 8, HWA-DirectX, WebGL-On, GTX560Ti, all other software up-to-date.

I love the share menu however it still will not put the subject in the subject field. If I highlight the subject and choose share email it will put it in the body. This is not issue with any other browser.

Opera just crashed for no reason (I've clicked on a speeddial tile). On the restart, all of my speeddial thumbnails got refreshed & their filenames in the thumbnails folder got changed too.

    Win7x64SP1, Opera x64, HWA & WebGL OFF

    opera:config#UserPrefs|Preferredrenderer doesn't work.
  • Bill PTuesday, October 23, 2012 7:28:51 PM

You can fix that. Open keyboard shortcuts settings, make a copy of the active profile (so that you could easily return to previous settings later), open the new copy for editing and type in the filter "1 ctrl". Then delete the shortcut starting with "Platform Windows...". Repeat for "2 ctrl", "3 ctrl", etc.

But then you will lose Ctrl+Shift+# shortcuts of various panels.
(apparently, Shift in shortcuts cannot be handled properly now)

Wow, there are plenty of new features included since beta stage. Does that mean, we get another beta before 12.10 going final?

On the desktop team blog post where that version was first announced, the download link redirects to the "file not found" page as you mentioned in your OP. Follow the instructions on that page to find the link to the snapshot archive.

Of course you're right. I had visited that page but for some reason (the reason being I'm semi—stupid) I didn't find the specific snapshot I was looking for. (I guess that I mistyped the build number when searching withing the page.)

Thank you very much, Wardies

Vista 64 8 Gig RAM 32 bit This ver Opera

Thanks don't know what you did but editing HTML mail finally worked. Versions before if you edited the header AT all (no matter how small) all the embedded pictures would not send, not so with this version.

Had SEVERAL mail crashes with previous ver. went back to 12.02. OK so for this version!

how to make opera method for copying formatting text?
  • Marco MaierWednesday, October 24, 2012 7:50:18 AM

    1. Problem with Speeddial after restart Opera this morning.
All items reload (with setting 'Never reload').
Some of the items aren't focused on the logo of the site.
Some of the thumbnails show overlapped letters.
(And the most annoying about it is the fact that own thumbnails were overwritten, but that's another story ...)
    After reload:
    http://my.opera.com/schwiebie/albums/showpic.dml?album=8259922&picture=168409442
    Before:
    http://my.opera.com/schwiebie/albums/showpic.dml?album=8259922&picture=168409462
Item with overlapped letters and without Logo:
    http://my.opera.com/schwiebie/albums/showpic.dml?album=8259922&picture=168409452

    2. Opera crashes whenever I close it.

    Win7x32

For the last bundle of releases Opera has contained a bug that stops certain flash apps from registering mouse clicks... This only happens on linux machines running LXDE/Openbox as Gnome, XFCE, Unity, KDE and e17 all work fine...

Here is an example link to try, mouse hover works fine, clicking the button does not:

Just now I started Opera on my phone and was greeted with a new set of standard Opera speed-dial thumbs before my own set. I suppose they must be updating something...

Thank you for working hard on this build.

  • AdsnXyWednesday, October 24, 2012 2:30:35 PM

Is there any one know how to mute the sound that occurs when I pressing a ShortKeyboard(such as Alt+C) to excute a command(such as Close Page 1)...

It sounds like a VB MessageBox().

The sound mightn't exist in v11.5.

  • MihailSaturday, October 27, 2012 9:16:46 AM

Opera hangs on "http://goo.im/" if hardware acceleration is enabled. Only "kill -9" can terminate it.
Opera 12.02 build 1578 (release) works normally but slowly on this page.
If I disable "HW acceleration" then opera (12.02 and 12.10.xx) works perfectly.
Bug appears on all 12.10 betas.
