Clearly a HTML5 parser is a rather large chunk of work, and I can understand Opera wanting to test it out with people without the fear of including it and then dropping it.

Probably not. But we can expect the HTML5 parser to land in Opera 12.0 as Opera 12 has not even reached Alpha stage. The Alpha decides whether a particular version of Opera will have a feature(this is true for major features.

I doubt it, Opera is, And has been very efficient with memory (Not counting any memory leaks), No matter what all the others shout and moan about it.
Btw, This is a VERY (Not said lightly) VERY stable build, Not had any problems whatsoever in the time i have been using it.
You guys (and girls) make me feel proud of using a cutting edge version of Opera again.
Keep it up, You are doing a bloody great job.
